Splendies – April Package

After receiving my Splendies last month, I was in love with this subscription (read my previous post here).

Splendies is a subscription that sends you surprise undies every month. There are three in every order, and you can pick whether you want just thongs, a mix of both, or just no thongs. They come in small, medium, large, and extra large for $13.99 a month, and they also offer a Volupties mix, for those who range in sizes that are larger. Volupties start at $16.99. They are very good quality, and a mix of cute and sexy.

Allure – April Beauty Box

This is my second Allure Beauty Box (previous one here). I may get one more beauty box from them before trying something different yet again. It’s not a bad little beauty box for $15 a month, and you get good quality products as well. I just want to try new things. This box also ships later on in the month, too, and you won’t receive it until towards the end of the month. Or maybe this is because I signed up towards the end of the month – I’m not sure.

April 2018 Ipsy Bag

Every time my ipsy bag arrives, I get so happy! I love the look of the bag this month, I love butterflies. Plus, the colors are pink and purples, my favorite colors. It’s very spring, too.

One thing I’m adding to my reviews is if it’s cruelty free. I’ve seen a few other bloggers doing this (mainly inspired by Hunida), and since I’ve been working on finding more daily products that are actually cruelty free and more natural, I think it’s a great idea.

Allure – March Beauty Box

After my last Birchbox review (here), I decided to switch to something new and different. Birchbox is not a bad subscription service, however, I wanted the chance to try something different and something had to go.

I had been seeing ads for the Allure Beauty Box all over my Facebook, and through subscription feeds. It made me go to their website and check out what it was, what the reviews of it were like. The difference from Birchbox? Everyone gets the same/similar items. There are one or two differences. However, they are really good items, and the box is worth more than the $15 you pay for it. And, you can get your first box for only $10 when you sign up.

If you sign up for Allure in March, you still receive the March box. Which is what happened for me, even though I didn’t receive it until April. I signed up on March 20th, my box was shipped on the 30th, received my box on April 2nd.

Splendies – First Review

For the last couple of month’s, I’ve been seeing this subscription plan show up on my Facebook and Instagram. Maybe it’s because I’ve been looking up different subscription plans, and let’s face it, everything gets tracked with your cookies and all of that, so they know, and they show you things you’re interested in. Splendies is something that I’ve been interested in trying for awhile, and I finally just went for it!

March 2018 Birchbox

I’ve been receiving Birchbox samples the last few months, and it’s been mostly a positive experience with no complaints on the samples I’ve gotten. However, I’m not overly impressed, and after this month, I’ve decided to cancel my Birchbox and try something new. So next month I will be receiving the Allure Beauty Box.

March 2018 Ipsy Bag

I received my ipsy bag about a week ago now! Ipsy seems to arrive a lot earlier than Birchbox it seems, at least for me. My Birchbox finally arrived yesterday, so I’ll be working on that post shortly as well. This month’s bag was designed slightly bigger than the other three bags I received from them. My favorite so far is still the first one, the Christmas mint one, which I never got around to posting about. This bag is definitely more creative, though, and I love how they left the bag with options to color in on it, and make it your own.

January Birchbox

A few months ago I started subscribing to a monthly subscription of Birchbox. Basically, every month they send you 5 personalized samples related to makeup, skincare and hair. For the last few months, I’ve been mostly satisfied with what I’ve gotten for $10 a month. It gives me a chance to try new products out, especially since I don’t really have much of an opportunity to otherwise.
